Hope Amidst Conflict

A new book from Oxford University Press

“The question of hope lies at the center of one of the biggest dilemmas of human survival. What should we accept, and what should we hope to transform? When shall we adapt to reality, and when should we challenge it? The evolution of humankind owes its success to both survival strategies.”

These are the first sentences of my new book, “Hope amidst Conflict.” The book fuses philosophical and psychological insights on hope and reveals, step by step, the essence of hope and how it functions when it is most challenged.
